When I started writing Miss You, Moon!, I didn’t plan for anyone to see it—not yet, anyway. But the more I worked on it, the more I realized how much I wanted to share it.
This story follows a little girl named Mia who is born into a world without a moon. It's about love and longing, and the kind of goodbyes that are never really final. It’s tender and gentle and full of moonlight.

And now, I’m deep in the process of designing each page—thinking through where the words will go, how the art will feel, and how each spread will carry the story forward.
I’m not a designer by trade, but I’m learning. Slowly, excitedly, with a lot of trial and error. And I’d love to bring you along.
If you’ve ever dreamed of writing a children’s book—or if you just love the magic of picture books—I hope you’ll follow along as Miss You, Moon! takes shape.
